We are looking for locals to become Digital Champions for a regular digital drop-in at the Community Centre in the New Year.
All you need is a basic understanding of computers. Champions should also be supportive, patient, and up for a chat and a cuppa.
There is no big commitment involved other than attending some of the of the planned digital sessions, so you can support those who need help.
Every session will be different, it could be helping someone fill in an online form, send an email, set up a new device, or even get them confident doing online shopping orders.
In return, you will be provided with free CDP Certified online training to do at your own pace, which will get you ready to help others. Oh, and there will be plenty of hot drinks and biscuits too!
